Weight controlStatistical weight control
Every weighing from your scales, checked and certified.
Weight control collects every weighing from the checkweigher, assigns it to its batch and checks it against tolerances live. When the batch closes, the PDF certificate is ready.

Why Weight control
No copied weights. No stray weighings. No reports to assemble.
What changes on the line and in Quality from the first batch.
- 01No retyping
- Weighings arrive from the scale one by one, with their time and zone.
- 02Live
- Control chart, mean and deviation while the batch is being made.
- 03Certificate
- One PDF per batch with production days and results, audit-ready.
The certificate
Every batch closes with its report. Nothing to put together.
When the batch closes, Control de peso generates the PDF certificate with what an audit asks for. This is what it contains, with sample data.

From spreadsheet to certified batch
What stops happening when weights aren't copied.
Without Weight control: Weights written down by hand or exported from the scale into a spreadsheet.
With Weight control: Every weighing arrives straight from the scale and is logged with its time and zone.
Without Weight control: Stray weighings nobody can tie to a batch.
With Weight control: Every weighing goes to the batch in production, and those arriving with no batch are flagged for sorting.
Without Weight control: A filler drift found when reviewing the batch, after it's made.
With Weight control: The control chart shows the drift as it happens, with out-of-tolerance packs marked.
Without Weight control: Batch stops and restarts that nobody writes down.
With Weight control: Every production period is logged on pause and resume, with its start and end.
Without Weight control: A batch report assembled by hand for every audit.
With Weight control: A PDF certificate per batch, with production days, classification zones and results.
How it works
From scale to certificate in four steps.
01
Connect the scale
Weight control reads weighings from the checkweigher with the zone it sorts them into: low, OK or high.
02
Open the batch
Pick the product and the scale. From then on, incoming weighings belong to that batch.
03
Follow production
Live summary, pause and resume, and every production period logged.
04
Close and certify
Closing the batch produces its PDF certificate. If needed, the batch can be reopened.

Shall we try it with your scales?
We'll show it to you with a test batch and look together at which scale you have and how to connect it.
