EBRElectronic batch record
Every batch, guided step by step and ready for release.

Why EBR
Less paper. Fewer errors. Faster release.
What changes on the floor and in Quality from the first batch.
- 01Step by step
- One action per screen. Operators always know what comes next.
- 02No transcription
- Weights and readings arrive straight from the scale and the line.
- 03By exception
- Quality reviews only what left the recipe.
Try it
From recipe to released batch, in a minute.
EBR's four screens with a short recipe and made-up data. Press the blue button at the bottom and it takes you from one to the next. The application's interface is in Spanish.

1Edit the recipe
Add, remove or reorder phases. Pick syrup or tablets.
2Approve it and run it
Quality sees the changes side by side. Then, one press per phase.
3Check the record
Simulate a problem and you'll see the deviation and everything in the audit trail.
From paper to electronic records
What stops happening once the batch is off paper.
On paper: A batch sheet filled in by hand and interpreted differently on every shift.
With EBR: An electronic recipe that asks for each value at the right moment and won't let steps be skipped.
On paper: Weights and readings copied from the display to the sheet, copy errors included.
With EBR: Scales and sensors read directly and checked against the recipe.
On paper: An out-of-range value found days later, during batch review.
With EBR: The deviation opens on the spot, with the signal as evidence.
On paper: A page-by-page review of the whole batch before it can be released.
With EBR: Review by exception: the batch reaches Quality with what needs checking already flagged.
How it works
From recipe to release, in one system.
01
Design the recipe
Steps, PPE, weighing, signals with their ranges, timings and signatures, in a visual editor. Every version is reviewed and approved before use.
02
Run it on the floor
Operators follow the batch on a tablet. The system reads scales and sensors, times each step and locks what isn't due yet.
03
Control deviations
Rules detect out-of-range values and open the deviation with its evidence. Quality investigates, decides and tracks CAPA actions.
04
Review and release
The batch reaches Quality with signatures, audit trail and deviations in view, ready for review by exception.

EBR
We'll show it to you with one of your recipes.
In one session we set up one of your processes in EBR and walk through it together, from recipe to release.
