Using CapTur implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.
1. Service Description
CapTur is a workforce time-tracking app for companies, recording date, time, location (GPS), and a verification photo.
2. Permitted Use
Business use only. Personal or unauthorized use is prohibited.
3. Administrator Responsibility
The administrator is responsible for registering employees, managing access, and informing them about data processing.
4. Permissions
- Location (GPS): only at clock-in, no background tracking.
- Camera: only for the verification photo.
5. Offline Operation
Clock-ins are stored locally and synchronized when connection is restored.
6. Limitation of Liability
Soidem DT is not liable for data loss due to device failures, lack of connection, or misuse. Provided "as is".
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to CapTur belong to Soidem Data Technologies.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms; the update date will be shown.
